Medior fullstack developer

• Location: Eindhoven - Campus of Eindhoven University of Technology

What you’ll do

As a Medior Fullstack Developer, you’ll be part of a cross-functional Scrum team (we call them "Packs"), working alongside fellow Developers, Product Owners, and UX Designers. You'll contribute to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and provide guidance to your junior colleagues. You will be involved in different stages of delivering projects, from the Discovery phase and to an actual Release, and will be able to learn a lot, both hands on and from your more experienced colleagues.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, both for the Front End and the Back End;

• Ensuring the quality of the code & taking responsibility of the QA;

• Collaborate closely with other developers and the Tech Lead in order to deliver sophisticated technical solutions to our clients;

• You are a team player and share our core values - we are a Pack of Hungry Creators;

• You are curious to learn new technologies and adopt best practices. You are happy to receive feedback from your senior colleagues and to help out Juniors;

• You want to focus on building software, not bureaucracy.

You’re a committed team player who’s eager to keep growing and make a real impact through well-crafted code. You enjoy working with different tech stacks, tackling challenging tasks and thrive on the variety that different projects bring. With solid experience under your belt, you’re happy to support junior colleagues while also pushing yourself to dive deeper into complex concepts and the full software development process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of a hands-on experience in a similar function, working with both Backend (C#) and Frontend (Vue or Flutter);

• Good knowledge of databases (Postgress, Firestore);

• A good understanding of software architecture, Clean Code principles, and automated testing;

• You are happy to work on a diverse team. You are willing to learn from Seniors and to pass over your knowledge to the Juniors. 

• You ask the right questions and balance expectations, so that quality is never compromised for the sake of only fulfilling requirements;

• You readily sink your teeth in anything that will grow you and aid your teammates’ knowledge;

• You have experience working with Scrum.
