Wolfpack values the processing of your personal data in a manner that is in accordance with the existing laws and regulations for the protection of your privacy. By submitting your application to Wolfpack, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy statement and that you agree that the personal data will be processed by Wolfpack and will be included in our database. This information will be treated confidentially by us and will only be used for the application procedure at Wolfpack. We will not provide information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

Wolfpack collects and processes data from applicants (required and optional) directly or based on attached resumes that are sent by mail. Wolfpack also collects and processes data from applicants through personal contacts, telephone calls and / or e-mail.This data may include your name, contact information, educational background, employment history, and other relevant information provided by you.

We process personal data of job applicants for the following purposes: - Assessing applications and selecting qualified candidates. - Corresponding with applicants regarding their applications. - Meeting legal obligations, such as record-keeping and retention requirements.

Wolfpack stores the data of applicants during and after the recruitment and selection procedure. After the completion of recruitment and the selection procedure, the data of applicants will be retained for up to 6 months. Once that time is up, we delete all the data from our system. You may be asked if we can retain your personal data for longer than six months for potential matches with other or future vacancies. If you agree to this, we will keep your data for up to one year in the talent pool.
