Hours per week: Full-time (40 hours)
Education Level: HBO or Academic degree in Computer Science
Are you a fullstack developer who feels responsible for building features from A to Z,creating clean, testable code, which you own, and contributing to real-world impact? Do you love working on diverse projects and collaborating with teammates across disciplines? Would you love to build software that actually makes a difference - in fields like Healthcare, Education, and Tech? If so, join the Pack as our next Medior Fullstack Developer.
What you’ll do
As a Medior Fullstack Developer, you’ll be part of a cross-functional Scrum team (we call them "Packs"), working alongside fellow Developers, Product Owners, and UX Designers. You'll contribute to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and provide guidance to your junior colleagues. You will be involved in different stages of delivering projects, from the Discovery phase and to an actual Release, and will be able to learn a lot, both hands on and from your more experienced colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, both for the Front End and the Back End;
Ensuring the quality of the code & taking responsibility of the QA;
Collaborate closely with other developers and the Tech Lead in order to deliver sophisticated technical solutions to our clients;
You are a team player and share our core values - we are a Pack of Hungry Creators;
You are curious to learn new technologies and adopt best practices. You are happy to receive feedback from your senior colleagues and to help out Juniors;
You want to focus on building software, not bureaucracy.
What you tell your friends you do:
“At Wolfpack, we build custom-made solutions for our clients. Every project comes with its own unique challenges, so no two days are ever the same and there’s always something new to learn.”
“I work in a Scrum team alongside several other developers, and together we fully own the applications we create. We're responsible for the entire development cycle — from defining requirements to deployment, with automated testing along the way to ensure quality. As a Medior, I get to grow both by learning from senior colleagues and through hands-on experience. At the same time, I enjoy supporting junior teammates and helping them master the craft.”
“I’m genuinely proud of what we do — the projects we work on have a real impact on people’s lives. And at the end of the day, we often wrap things up with a retro (and a beer), reflecting on what went well and how we can improve. It’s a great way to celebrate the wins, solve puzzles together, and keep building a team we’re proud to be part of. “
What are we looking for
You’re a committed team player who’s eager to keep growing and make a real impact through well-crafted code. You enjoy working with different tech stacks, tackling challenging tasks and thrive on the variety that different projects bring. With solid experience under your belt, you’re happy to support junior colleagues while also pushing yourself to dive deeper into complex concepts and the full software development process.
Job requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of a hands-on experience in a similar function, working with both Backend (C#) and Frontend (Vue or Flutter);
Good knowledge of databases (Postgress, Firestore);
A good understanding of software architecture, Clean Code principles, and automated testing;
You are happy to work on a diverse team. You are willing to learn from Seniors and to pass over your knowledge to the Juniors.
You ask the right questions and balance expectations, so that quality is never compromised for the sake of only fulfilling requirements;
You readily sink your teeth in anything that will grow you and aid your teammates’ knowledge;
You have experience working with Scrum.
