Job description
Location: Eindhoven, campus of Eindhoven University of Technology
Hours per week: 24-40
Think and work level: HBO or Academic | Preference sales/recruitment oriented
As a Corporate recruiter you are responsible for attracting new wolves to arrange the growth of Wolfpack. You are the first point of contact in our quest for the smartest and best wolves to join the pack.
What you tell your friends you do:
“I work in a fast-growing IT-company where I make sure that we hire the right people for the right jobs. What I really like about it, is that at Wolfpack we put significant effort into making sure that we can make you shine in your role. On the phone I convince people that it is an incredible opportunity for their personal development. I find the best software developers to make sure we can deliver the best quality that is needed for our projects!”.
What are my focus areas?
Creating an effective recruitment strategy;
Convincing new talent by connecting them with our wolves early in the recruitment process;
Making sure our candidate experience is excellent

But wait… what does that mean, day-to-day?
You write inviting vacancy texts that get the coolest responses;
You look for the best colleagues to strengthen the pack;
With your positive energy you ensure that candidates get a top experience and want to work at Wolfpack as a result;
You like to be involved in the entire journey of the candidate. From the first contact to the first drink on Friday afternoon;
Together with the Human Capital Manager, project managers and CEO you will put recruitment on the map within Wolfpack.
Joining the pack:
Working at Wolfpack means working with more than thirty talented and driven colleagues, most of whom are software developers. You will work closely with Wolfpack's Human Capital Manager, project managers and CEO. Our three core pillars are: talent, performance and flexibility. We recruit IT talent early on and give them the opportunity not only to develop (in) software, but also in soft skills: both professionally and personally.

You are always looking for new skills and experiences; you are driven and have a strong sense of responsibility;
